FAQ’s

  • What are the salon and store hours?

As of right now our in-person shopping is unavailable due to remodeling but you can purchase online until the re-grandopening. Our store is usually closed Sunday - Monday. Tuesday through Friday we are open 10:30am-4:00pm.

  • What is the order pick up hours and policy?

Your order is ready for pick up after you have received a email that your order is ready. Orders and processed and prepared by orders purchased. Wig orders take 3-5 working days to process. Pick up Hours for wig orders are CURRENTLY Friday through Saturday 10:00am-4:00pm, you must have your order number and a valid ID.

If your order is not picked up within 7 business days from the original date you received your "your order is ready" email, your item(s) will be added back into inventory and you will not be refunded.

  • Can I leave my order unit my appointment?

If you have made the agreement with your stylist, yes. Otherwise no.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

We ask that if you cancel your appointment 36 hours before your initial appointment as all deposits are non-refundable no exceptions and are ONLY transferable only in the event client chooses to reschedule after canceling initial appointment at the appropriate time. 36 hours before the appointment.

  • Does Get Gorgeous Company accept debit or credit cards?

Yes, for your deposit security and store purchases! Cash only at appointments

  • Do all appointments require a deposit? 

Yes, if it is not paid your appointment will be cancelled.

  • Does GGC take walk-ins?

Yes, we do on scheduled days. We suggest booking an appointment to secure a guarantee time because most appointments are booked online within each stylist or tech. 

  • Does GGC do provide chemical services such as hair color and relaxers?

Yes, all chemical services require a consultation to ensure we provide you with the best options for your hair and its health.

  • What is a “Protective Quick Weave”?

A PQW is my method of a quick weave protecting your hair from being damaged by glue or heat. It can last up to 6 weeks with proper care. You can also read about more services under “booking”.

  • How long does GGC virgin hair last?

GGC bundles can last 18-24 months with proper care.

  • Can you shampoo and condition the virgin hair while installed?

Yes, you can shampoo and condition the virgin bundles, closure and frontal while they are installed. We suggest that you use sulfate free shampoo (GGC Gro Pro is recommended). Before shampooing comb through the hair. Always start at the bottom and work your way to the top to prevent shedding. While shampooing do not massage the hair like you would your own, gently lather the shampoo starting at the top of the hair to the bottom. Condition your virgin hair after every cleanse. Do not leave the conditioner in for a long period of time it may make the hair too oily and it causes damage to your virgin hair. We also recommend using a leave in conditioner and heat protectant serum before drying the hair. Let the hair air dry or use a sit under dryer for the best results.  

  • How long do frontals last?

Frontals themselves can last 12-18 months with proper care. We recommend making sure it is customized and installed by a professional. Frontals are very high maintenance and are not meant to be worn long I personally suggest wearing “frontals and frontal wigs” up to 2 weeks, with an install 4-6 weeks.

  • How many bundles do I need for an install?

For a full head you will need about 8-10 oz of hair each bundle weighs between 3.7 to 4 oz. 2-3 bundles are recommended for inches 12”-24”. 3-4 bundles are recommended for inches 26”-28”.

  • What color is GGC virgin hair?

A natural black.

  • Can GGC virgin hair be colored or dyed?

Yes, these are virgin unprocessed bundles. We recommend that you let a professional color your virgin hair. Keep in mind once the bundles are colored or dyed they are no longer virgin and requires additional maintenance.

  • What do I use to keep the longevity of my GGC virgin hair?

We suggest cleanse your virgin hair with sulfate free shampoo and condition after every cleanse. Do not leave the conditioner in for a long period of time it will make the hair too oily and it causes damage. Also use a leave in conditioner and heat protectant serum before drying. Wrap, flexi rod twist or braid your weave at night and use a silk bonnet to keep the longevity of your GGC virgin hair. For more hair tips and videos follow us on Instagram @GetGorgeousCo

  • What is GRO PRO?

GRO PRO is our natural hair growth product line. We have shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner, growth oil and we recently launched our hair pudding curling cream.

Store Policy

 

No refunds, exchanges only. Get Gorgeous Company makes sure to go through the best vendors so that our customers purchase the best quality virgin hair. Before installing your new virgin bundles please inspect them to make sure you have received them in the best condition, length and texture desired. If you have received your order and you would like to exchange any items please contact our customer service getgorgeouscompany@yahoo.com. To make an exchange the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it. Please include a detailed explanation of why you are requesting an exchange. All items must be shipped back within 4 days of the receipt. Please Note: Federal Law states you cannot return human hair products that have already been used.

 

Shipping Policy  

Shipping Fee: $12.00 International $15.00. Purchases that amount to $300 or more is free shipping.  

Orders are processed and shipped within 48-72 hours. Standard shipping is 2-3 days for most destinations in the US. No shipping on weekends or major holidays. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST are placed for shipment the next business day.

We are not responsible for late shipment, due to incorrect address, holidays, inclement weather carrier delays or natural disasters.  

Please do not wait to place an order during a special event that has a deadline approaching.  Its advised to order far enough in advance to allow unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.

 

Late / Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a deposit. Deposits are credited to your total service amount.

Please use valid information. We are not responsible for incorrect information given.

CASH only after deposits.

NO children no entourage unless being serviced. For the safety of your child or guest and for your salon enjoyment, we ask that you refrain from bringing children or guest to the salon unless they have an appointment. No exceptions. ​

Do not book appointments for other people unless your child is under the age of 17. I need to know who I am servicing, or your appointment will be cancelled upon arrival. 

After 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time you are considered late and will pay a $15 fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled at your convenience

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (no exceptions) and are ONLY transferable only in the event client chooses to reschedule after canceling initial appointment at the appropriate time, 36 hours before appointment. ​

Same day cancellation, deposits are forfeited and do not roll over to rescheduled appointment.

No call no show = No new appointment
